KEPServerEX 6 Configuration - Default User (RO) - Need (R/W)

I can't seem to consistently get the Read/Write Default User Account when I need it.  Any thoughts on what is grabbing it or how to find out what User has it?  Much less a way to boot them off and wrest control.

I hope you're doing well.

Please note that when multiple users open a KEPServerEX configuration session, only the first user will have Read/Write (RW) access, while all subsequent users will have Read-Only (RO) access.

To address this issue, please follow these steps:

User with RW access will need to log off to relinquish control to other users

  • Check the Users tab in the Task Manager to display and close the Config session (server_config.exe) of the other user

Thanks so much.  It's been a few years since I last used KEPServer and I couldn't remember how to verify.  So simple I just wasn't thinking.
