KEPServerEX ModBus TCP/IP Ethernet Settings to Endress+Hauser promag 400 MB flowmeter

Using KEPServerEX 6.7; ModBus TCP/IP Ethernet driver try to connect to Endress+Hauser promag 400 MB flowmeter.

I have connection established with no errors to flow meter, but keep reading quality good from registers but zero values.

For example the register 32909, ModBus Id, should be "10" and i am reading "0"

I am suspicious of some Data access or Data Encoding parameter not well configured.

We have to identify whether we are communicating with the device or if it is in simulation mode.

If we are communicating with the device, the communication diagnostic will show the Rx data packets; are they zero?

If the device is communicating with the KEPware, we should focus on the correct address verification.
