We are using KepServerEX6 (6.6.350.0) communicating to Control Logix PLCs.

We want to upgrade the PLCs to Control Logix Firmware 20.58.

How can I determine if they are compatible?

I would like to inform you that the Allen-Bradley ControlLogix Ethernet driver cannot communicate with PLC controllers running firmware 20.58 when Protocol Mode in Device Properties | Logix Options is configured as Logical Blocking or Logical Non-Blocking.

I recommend configuring the Protocol Mode to Symbolic under Device Properties | Logix Options, especially after upgrading to firmware version 20.58.
