Kepware Tag not connected

I am able to generate the tags and everything looks correct but they will not read the values.  I am using an Allen-Bradley 1769-L16ER-BB1B Compact Logix controller

Hello Perry,

 

What version of KEPServerEX are you using? What version of firmware is the device running? Can you not read any of the automatically generated tags or just some of them? When trying to read the tags, so you recieve any errors in the KEPServerEX event log? If so, please let me know which errors.

Version 6.4 and firmware 20.19  I cannot read any of the tags

 

Unable to read tag

 

Also the tags a set for read/write external
