kepware to thingworx

Hey everyone,

                    I am collecting data from a furnace Plc, the data's collected from the machine is sent to the thingworx platform through kepware, now the issue is when i continuously log the data from the machine, the data collected at the beginning vanishes after a particular period of time.

are you running into the MaxItems issue that limits the retrieval to 500 points unless specifically specified to be a larger number?

Or perhaps, are you using the manufacturing apps?

the manufacturing apps purge any data 7 days old or older
