I am prompted to enter in my Windows admin login, which I have done, but nothing works.

 

I've re-installed the software several times but no means to turn it off,

 

Any way to bypass?  All I want to do is download my license.

Could you please confirm whether the Windows administrator login prompt appears when accessing the Kepware Server Administration menu (License Utility)?

yes, anytime I run the utility I am prompted for the password
