Lose connection with Control logix 5500

We recently update Kepware version but start some error with a driver of control logix 5500 the plc is some old and have the firmware version 20.0, and some times lose connection and try to generate the tags but fail until we start the create tags of the driver some know why happen this or some advise

We need to check look into logs then we can resolve it.
