Profibus FMS connection with Kepware

Hello, i have a problem with connecting to a S5-PLC from Siemens. I want to use WinCC V8.1 to connect with a OPC server in this case KepwareEX. Now i want to know if it is even possible that the OPC server can connect with PROFIBUS FMS wich the S5-PLC uses.

  • Kepware no longer supports PROFIBUS communication
  • A1SJ71PB92D is a PROFIBUS module
  • Communicating to Mitsubishi PLC A2SHCPU-S1 can be done using Mitsubishi Ethernet Driver as long as the PLC has a supported Ethernet module
  • Suffixes for ethernet modules that are supported by the driver are mentioned in the Mitsubishi Ethernet driver manual  in the Overview section
  • List of supported Ethernet Interface Modules for this model of PLC can be found in the PLC manual.
