Reading VIN or LTR_VIN in Kepware

Hi ,

I'm using Atlascopco PF6000 controller .connected to Kepware using open protocol .Most of the parameters we are able to read and write .At the moment we are  facing issue with reading serial number of the product as  VIN or LTR_VIN . Barcode scanner is connected to  Atlascopco through USB  .we should  be able to read the serial number after the scanning in VIN or LTR VIN but we are not able to read  it .Could you please let me know the procedure?
