‘Status This week’ table not showing the status values

Running state has been configured depending from the property ‘State’ property read from Kepware, State=3 means Running.

The property value is correct, and the asset is in Running status but the status week table is not correct. It shows ‘Not Configured’. (see attachment)

Hi @md'ambrosio ,

 

Can you check the asset status in the production KPI tile. 

Also please let us know which persistence provider you are using for stream and value stream.

Hi Himanshu,

production KPI has not been purchased, then I can't check.

I'm using Postgres as persisten provider.

I opened a case , I will update this post as soon as I have feedbacks
