The system tags are a "Read-only" item. Any solutions on how to write/test these tags ?

Is there a way to test the system tags of the PLC ? (The devices have no connection the actual physical devices) I've the "._System._error" tag connected to a SCADA and wanted to display the tag to show some sort of lifesign to the device.

I've went in to quick client and used the enabled system tag. The simulated tag needs to be On too.

There is a Channel.device._System._Error that will tell you when Kepware can’t see the PLC anymore.

Would there be a way to simulate the ._System.Error tag without the physical device being present ?
