Thingworx Kepware Server v6.16 Datalogger Issue

I am having a Datalogger configured in Thingworx Kepware Server.
Already, Log Items are configured there. Now, I would like to add New Log Item but both the options i.e 'New Log Item' and 'New Log Items' are showing disabled (unable to add).
Checked License Utility. It is good.
