Variables set to null after certain time Kepserver 6.16.217

I'm coneccting to a sigmatek PLC i'm using KepServerEX 6.16.217. and after a certain time some variable of the project change status to NULL, the only way to connect to them again its restarting all the KEPServer services.

We highly recommend opening a support ticket with us and attaching the Event Log to it.

Thank you for your post on the PTC community.

Could you please clarify how frequently the KEPServerEX services need to be restarted? Is it approximately every 2 hours?

the first event happened after approximately 2 hours since we started, but then we have another event 30 minutes later, the time its variable

Hi @MM_13182765 ,

 

Are you using a trial version of KepServerEx? If yes, then you need to restart the KepServerEx every 2 hours.
