Web Account Case Logger
I cannot open a support ticket. When I try to log in it tells me "We have made changes to My Kepware and need to verify that this is you. We will send you an email with a verification link."
I received an e-mail in response telling me to use the "problems logging in?" link but I get no further. I think I'm in a loop.
Now when I click submit "problems logging in?" I get "There was an error processing your request. Please return to the previous page and check that all fields have been filled out." even though there are no blank fields.
