If you mean can you load Creo on a server and have it executed locallly, that does work. I did it at my last company for 15 years. You just need to set some environment variables for the creoagent and the manifest folders. I used a batch file on the user's desktop to launch Creo. This file would set the environment variables needed, copy some config.pro files and then start Creo. Made upgrades to a new version very painless, install the new version, change the launch script and the users had the new version the next time they launched the script.
