EZ Tolerance Analysis module fatal error when started

I am using Creo Parametric 6.0 6.0.6.0

When launching the module EZ Tolerance Analysis, it results in a fatal error.

Here are the errors that I faced
Fatal error encountered. A traceback has been written to C:\PTC\start_creo\traceback.log
