Horizontal Setup

Hello all, I am using Creo 2.0 and I have a job that requires drilling around the perimeter on a horizontal machine, I would like to set my coordinate system at the center of rotation, and use a single coordinate system rather than a unique one for every hole position, is this possible?

If the holes are evenly spaced you could drill the first hole and then use the pattern feature. With this you could either use the original CS or have it output a new one for each hole.
