Impeller machining _ 5 axis tool path

We are developing a post-processor in Creo 2 (G-Post) for generating a tool vector NC file. Some case studies are planned; one example is impeller machining.

Tool paths are created in Creo 2 manufacturing suite (video 1). Kinematic workcell model was configured (including travel limits for linear and rotary axes) and Machine tool simulation was done (Video 2). Complete tool path was verified in Vericut for material removal simulation.
