local milling take 7 hours for cutter path calculation

In creo 9.0.4.0, 540*160*5mm size, use mill window + volume rough with Diameter 8mm tool, and then followed by local milling with Diameter 4mm tool to remove residual material ( with pre-sequence in local milling ) , it takes 7 hours to complete path calculation, it is hard to continue my job. any comments for this issue? are any parameters wrong used in local milling?

For a part like this, with many identical pockets, the usual technique is to do an individual pocket tool path, and then array it.

 

Roughing tool paths can use a loose tolerance if necessary.

I will take your advice, as for loos tolerances, it will affects Roughness of surface area.
