non tangential curve connection issue

Dear machining expert, please check the attached video. I am facing a surface finishing issue between the nontangential curve. please advise already use G5.1 Q1 R10 but no change.

    i found the culprit but don't know what I have to do to resolve this issue please check the jpeg.
