When I post a .ncl file my RPM's won't go beyond 10,000 even if in the paratemers they are at say 25,000. Any ideas how to fix this? Seems like it's a software issue setting???

If you have GPOST, go to

    Machine Codes

    Spindle

then the Direct RPM Speeds tab.

    Check the Maximum Speeds

If that doesn't work there may be something in the fil file that is limiting your speeds
