The possibility to add extra 'rule parameters' when creating a selection criteria in a hole set?

I would like to use the selection "DRILL_DEPTH" as a criteria but it is not available in the parameter list.
Currently it is not possible to add parameters yourself. The parameters listed in the 'rule: parameter' list box are system defined parameters.
