Tool path volume milling sometimes incorrect

Hi,

the tool path of volume roughing sometimes works from the outside to inside (correct) and other time as opposed to.

I attached file manufacturing with a video for try the problem.

The support dosn't help me because for they are correct this Works to product specification for Creo Parametric 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡.

How can do it the sequence in other way?
