UMC 750 HASS 5 AXIS POST

i HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE THE POST FOR THIS MACHINE BUT UNABLE TO MAKE 3+2 MOVE AND TRUE 5 AXIS WORKING ON THE SAME POST.  DOES ANYONE HAD ANY SUCCESS FOR THIS POST YET?.

I have the same problem. I can't make the true 5 axis move with 3+2  working together. It has to be fill programming....

Austin NC wants $6000 dollars to make the post.

That price isn't that big of an increase from when I used AustinNC (back then UCC) for post processors. That was 40+ years ago and the posts were written for an IBM mainframe running IBM APT-AC.

Well Mastercam is $2800 so is a big difference. Regardless,  PTC  should provide post for Free not a third party developer. 

 

I am not happy with CAM development at PTC incompetents are in charge and out of touch with reality. I have been with PTC for 27 years now and they have no clue in CAM market place how much revenue they are loosing.  I admit boy they have made changes since they started.
