What changes/improvements have been made to Manufacturing in Creo4?

Looks to me like all the effort went into additive  manufacturing and very little improvement for the actual cnc side of manufacturing. they didn't even finish the update for the surfacing interface for manufacturing that was promised in 4.0 as far as I can see. Not sure I haven't upgraded to 4.0 yet. Probably wont until the first incremental upgrade just because we are slammed with work right now.
