A programming question: assign a value to a variable

Hi I want to let lambda be = 1 if normal or 0.75 lightweight. how can I prepare a simple input like this so when I do a calc I specify either normal or lightweight . can any one tell me what is the best way to put this? thanks

Do you have another variable in your sheet that clarifies if your concrete is normal or lightweight?

If so, you can do something like this:
