In Mathcad 15!

It's not in Prime yet.   See the Migration Guide for a list of some of the things that are in/not-in Prime vs M15.

Bear in mind that Migration may have one or two little difficulties ...

I think it was explaining how much better this Prime stretch of water was than that old-fashioned land ...

OTOH, it could be construed as a metaphor for how taking too long to migrate means that your competitors will be doing more than just snapping at your heels.
