About Labels

Hi.

Can't find the "how to" do for this two simple questions:

1. How to format a label, from this help page:

2. How to create a new label, from this other help page (blue highlight says that "You can also define your own tags or force a different label on a particular item."

I guess that the help was poorly converted from Mathacd 15's  help in great parts and at some places so the help simply does not apply. As far as I know we cannot create user made custom labels in Prime.
