Why, can only upload video with MP3 or MP4 extension? Those with AVI extension are forbidden ....?

In short ... Every good software should have a comprehensive guide or help....

it is not possible that when you encounter a problem you have to interrogate ..... the oracle .....

That's a strange limitation.
But I guess you are posting in the wrong subforum - you should post things like that in CommunityHelp
