Armageddon (not coronavirus!)

Five points are known - the coordinates of the asterod approaching the Earth. Will it face the Earth or fly by? (Armageddon (1998 film) ).

I have one solution, but I do not consider it the most optimal or the most beautiful. Can you give your solutions. Prime 5 in Attach.
