Array Index is Invalid

Hello,

 

I am trying to make a program using Mathcad. My goal is to first finish calculation for a column of data, assign the outcome and then progress to the subsequent columns. The program is telling me that "Array Index is Invalid". Please help me out through it. My version is Prime 4.

    Thank you very much for your help. The reason for being imaginary is I am using random numbers first to check if I have the number of outputs I require. later, I will try with real ones
