Bearing Capacity of soil for piles using CPT

I need to calculate the bearing capacity of the soil for pile foundation/ How to make MathCAD choose the minimum value always when it goes through a set of values. and there is not a certain minimum value, but it has to choose from the listed until a smaller number appear?
