Can't Obtain License for Trial Version

I installed Mathcad and got to the Mathcad License Setup window, but when it tries to acquire a Mathcad license an error window pops up saying "The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF"

    Hi CS_9617814,

     

    Can you check if you have any license available in below location

    C:\ProgramData\PTC\Mathcad Prime\license 

     

    Also, run the PTC Mathcad License Wizard as administrator and then acquire the Trial license.
