Cannot get link for free MatchCAD

I was trying to get free MathCAD for students via this form (https://www.mathcad.com/en/try-and-buy/mathcad-express-free-download), but I didn't get a letter with download link neither on my local e-mail (mail.ru) nor my gmail. Is there a way to contact some support about these matter or what should I do now? Thank you for your answers.
