Chain with load - why there is no balance

I'm trying to solve the problem of a chain with a load. Why is there no vertical balance of power?

I have added units converted to Prime 8.

The worksheet manually iterates to a solution.

Want to one day automate the iteration

Worksheet gets H=6.64 kgf compared to your 6.833 kgf

I have automated the iteration so it is possible to close to smaller imbalances.

The task can be solved much easier - through Find, and not through Minimize. Or I'm wrong? See attachment.
