Contents of the worksheet can not be edited

I opened the worksheet (that was created in Mathcad 11) in Mathcad 15 M030 version. The document is rather large and I can not edit the contents of the file and select anything in therein. What is wrong with this file?

No,

If you go to "tools" & then "unprotect worksheet" it needs a password.

Without the password your options are quite limited.

There are, however, highlighted regions that allow user interaction
