conversion Mathcad 15 to Mathcad prime 9 error

After Mathcad 15 worksheet conversion into Mathcad Prime 9 I'm getting an error:

Please help. Mathcad 15 did not produce an error on those matrix division.

Best guess is that in MC15 in the Worksheet Options the option 0/0=0 is checked.

As far as I am aware there is no comparable option in Prime.

A possible workaround could be a small utility function which is called vectorized:

If thats not the cause of problem you would have to send the MC15 sheet and maybe also the Prime sheet.
