Convert string to var

Hello.

The question I have is whether you can convert a string to var, in other words, remove the quotes (") of the variable. Example:


                         "Text" -----> Text

    Thank you very much Richard, I thought that there is a way to do this without using script, but anyway the file was useful to me.
