Create new matrix

Sorry about not properly requesting a discusion of my request. Please ignor previous communications

I would like to create a new matrix from the original one that omits a single value from succesive vectors.

I am currently using mathcad 15.

It's still not clear what you want. If anything, it's less clear (to me, anyway). Please explain exactly what you are trying to do. Also, when you "remove" a value, what should be there in it's place?
