Critical issue in PTC Mathcad 15.0 M040

We’ve recently found, through customer reports and our own testing, an issue with matrix definition and evaluation that was introduced in PTC Mathcad 15.0 M040. This issue affects matrices of 256 elements or larger and can lead to a failure to evaluate and the possible loss (if document is saved after failure to evaluate) of matrix definition regions themselves.
