Ebook from Author's Reference.

I've followed the directions on the Author's Reference, yet when executing the Ebook *.hbk, I get blanks.  What am I missing?  The Reference is not apparently seeing the type of input through the MCAD engine?  ZF

I've seen the way according to Hunter, Oakley and Mona.  An Ebook has appeared.  Thanks.
