Error with Mathcad Prime symbolic series but not with Mathcad 15.

Team,

I compared a symbolic series expansion with Mathcad Prime to Mathcad 15.

Mathcad Prime returned a wrong answer. Please clarify and advise.

I assume you're using Prime 6 or 7...The advice is:

Report as a (serious!) bug.

I tried in Prime 6 where we can still switch back from the new symbolic engine (Axiom) to the legacy one (MuPad) and its sure a severe bug in the new engine.

According reporting a bug - sometimes PTC staff was scanning this forum. Otherwise PTC is only interested in bug reports by paying customers. If this bug still is present in Prime 7, maybe @VladimirN can provide an address where reporting has some chance for getting attention.
