Example of how to use LeastSquaresFit()

I was wondering if someone could please give me an example of what each input in the LeastSquaresFit() function in MATHCAD Prime 3.0 looks like.  I have been struggling particularly with the syntax of the function to fit data to.

Did you study the two examples given in the help, "Nonlinear Regression 2" and "Rational Function Regression 2" ?
