Excel component opening very slow

In Mathcad 15 it takes one minute to open excel component... with office 365

In old version it took 1 sec.

Very frustrating,

Any solution?

1. Try to update to the latest service release of Mathcad 15 M050: https://www.ptc.com/-/media/Files/Docs/Mathcad/Mathcad15-EN.zip

2. What do you mean by the old version?

It may have nothing to do with the version of Mathcad.

Office 365 always is good for some surprise.

The effect you describe may have to do with the difference of Office 365 compared to real Office.  The "Office-click-to-run" service sometimes does not help and isn't doing what its supposed to do (speeding up Office start).

Any chance you can give it a try on a machine with a standard Office installed?
