I converted it to Prime 8 format (with some effort!) before I noticed you have Prime 7.  Unfortunately I don't have a copy of Prime 7, and I don't think you'll be able to load the Prime 8 file into Prime 7.  However, you could download a free version of Prime 8 (or above) Express, load it into that, then copy and paste into your Prime 7.

I have the same problem. I have a large suite of old files created in various versions of Mathcad from 2001 up to 15. Every attempt to convert any of them results in the same error: "Could not start Mathcad conversion process. Check that .Net Framework 3.5 Windows Feature is enabled."

I am running Mathcad Prime 10 on Windows 11. The .Net Framework 3.5 feature is enabled; I have tried disabling and re-enabling it, to reinstall the files; I have also tried the offlinee .Net 3.5 installer to see if it would do a 'Repair' install. All to no useful effect; the same error stubbornly remains.

I had the same problem last year, with Prime 9; as a result I did not renew my Prime subscription (I am semi-retired and so am reluctant to spend money on software that no longer does what I need).

Does anyone from PTC understand why this is a persistent issue? Is there a solution?

Hi,

As away forward zip up the large number of Mathcad 2000 to 15 files.  The converter is capable of doing a large number of files at once.

Upload the files here and they can be converted,

Cheers
