failed to launch server connection error mathcad 15

I receive the message "Failed to launch server connection" in Mathcad 15 all of a sudden.  What can be done?

What type of licensing do you have?

Thanks Richard.  I have a single user license.  I have not tried to repair the installation; I don't know how but would like to give it a whirl.  I will boot up the machine Mathcad 15 is on if you need the license number.  I have been using Mathcad since version 2.5, 1988, if I'm not mistaken.  Thanks again Richard.

Go to "Control Panel", and select "Programs and Features". If you select Mathcad you will get an option to repair the installation.
