Hi all - I have Prime 4.0, and have MC 15 installed on my computer as well, but the xmcd conversion button in Prime is still grayed out and not available.  Any suggestions?

May by you have Mathcad Express? Not Prime.

Have you installed the latest release of Mathcad 15? Its maintenance release  M050.
