The file you sent consists of nothing but zero bytes, so it obviously is no valid Prime file. There is no information in this file which could be recovered.

Best guess is that something went wrong while saving the file.

What type of calculation contains your file (and inserted Excel table or pictures)?

Only simple calculations (variables, formulas, functions, text).

I used utility for recovering deleted files and find my correct file (other copies of this file were not on drive).
