You can't - after all its Prime, its made by PTC. So you can't expect such an "advanced" feature.

@ttokoro

Valery knows about Find and Replace in Prime.

What he wants is to change every occurrence of "aL" and change it to "a.L" where "a.L" means "a with index L". In Mathcad 15 you typed a.L for an indexed variable name and it was easy to change all "aL" to the indexed variant.

In Prime you have to type more awkward "a Ctrl - L" to get "a index L" and there seems to be no way to distinguish simple "aL" and "a index L" when it comes to search and replace.

Just a small one out of of the many drawbacks of Prime.
