Saucer Design Proposal

A proposed flying saucer construct. It is a macroscopic to quantum interface that will allow for instantaneous transfer of the saucer from one point to another in local space via non-local space wherein the field around the saucer mimics that of a quantum particle while the inside is isolated from local space. That means local space inertia is not applicable to the action of the saucer through local space via non-local space.
